And some of its recipes were:

1. oil for face and Castor Oil face pack for oily skin and provide deep hydration because oily skin, too, can get dehydrated.

Ingredients

  • One teaspoon Castor Oil
  • And one tablespoon Olive Oil

How to Use it?

  1. Wash, cleanse, and exfoliate (if needed) your face.
  2. Pat dry with a towel.
  3. Mix the two oils in a bowl and apply the mixture onto your face and massage in circular motions with your fingertips.
  4. After massaging for about 2-3 minutes, go to bed with the oil still on your face.
  5. Wash the oil off with a cleanser and lukewarm water in the morning. Ensure that you wash off the oil thoroughly, as residual oil can darken your skin when you are out in the sun.

2. Olive Oil and Honey face pack to fade blemishes and clean out your skin.

Ingredients

  • One teaspoon of olive oil
  • And one teaspoon of lemon juice
  • One tablespoon of honey

How to Use it?

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil benefits, lemon juice, and honey until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. This bowl is adding in moderately warm water to get a mixture.
  3. Apply the mixture onto your face and neck as you would a mask.
  4. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Wash your face with warm water and finish with a splash of cold water.

  • Drizzle it over salad or mix it into a salad dressing.
  • Use in marinades or sauces for meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables. The oil penetrates nicely into the first few layers of the food being marinated.
  • Add at the end of cooking for a burst of flavour.
  • Drizzle over cooked pasta or vegetables.
  • Use instead of butter or margarine as a healthy dip for bread. Pour a little olive oil into a small side dish and add a few splashes of balsamic vinegar, which will pool in the middle and look very attractive.
  • For an easy appetizer, toast baguette slices under the broiler, rub them lightly with a cut clove of garlic and add a little drizzle of olive oil.
  • Replace butter with olive oil in mashed potatoes or on baked potatoes. For the ultimate mashed potatoes, whip together cooked potatoes, roasted garlic, and olive oil; season to taste.
