If you need to cancel an order placed for any carrier or essential oil or other, you must inform us at the earliest as we dispatch most of the orders within 24 hours.

Cancellation of your order depends on whether it has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us immediately.
