Put milk for being on low flame with sugor and two cups of woter
Beat the egg well
Mis 4-5 teaspoons of cooking sil/ghee in the contents of Chilton Pure Rasmalai and Mix thoroughly Add about 5 tablespoons of beaten egg and knead well with the help of spoon to make soft and smooth dough. During kneading if the dough remains dry & hard. add further 2 to 1 tablespoon of teaten egg similarly if the dough remains too thin to make balls, leave it for 1-2 minutes.) Moke about 15-18 small oval or round shape balls and put these balls remediately in boring milk Increase the level of flame to high, Kamp it at boil on full flame for 5-10 minutes till become 3-4 times larger than the original size, corefully & secasionally dip B rotate the balls in full / high boiling milk with the help of flat spoon. (Mind it if the balls are not immediately put into the boiling milk, they may become hard). Refrigerate before enjoying delicious Rosmalal
1. if the dough becomes too sticky then further add one teaspoon of oil/ghee during kneading
2. For easily moking the balls grease the palm of your hands with oil/ghee.
