Heat about 1/4 of oil (from one cup oil) in a large flat frying pan fry 4-5 or (may be less or more) bread slipes from both sides until golden brown. Repeat it until all slices are fried Place/orronge one by one ina lorge slightly deep glass tray or any other large satable utensil
If the milk has remained on fire for 18-20 minutes, put off the fione 5 pour/spread it all over the fried slices, dip with flat spoon & leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Delicious shahi tuliray are ready. Put in refrigerator to serve cold.
